Freedom Plan Management is a small, personalised Plan Management business ran by Vanita Clark and her daughter Rebecca. We are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as independent plan management providers.
Vanita and Rebecca have extensive Bookkeeping experience and have both worked in the Disability sector for many years.
We pride ourselves on our service, our NDIS knowledge and our availability to assist our participants when they need us most.

About Plan Management
Benefits of having Plan Management
Plan Management gives you all the benefits of self-management without the financial and administrative burden required by the NDIS.
You can engage with registered or non-registered service providers which means you can utilise those small sole trader providers.
Would you like to be Plan Managed?
If you are not plan managed but want to be, you can contact your LAC and ask them to request a ‘light touch’ review to have plan management added to your plan.
If you are going for a review or your initial meeting, advise your LAC or planner that you want to be Plan Managed and they will have funds added to your plan.
What does it cost you?
There is no cost to you to use our service as the cost of Plan Management is covered by the NDIS and is added to your plan on top of your other budgets.
If you have Capacity Building Supports under Improved Life Choices, then we can help you with Plan Management.
We do not mind taking over if you are part way through your plan with another Plan Manager that you are not happy with, just let us know and we will assist you.
What can we do for you?
Peace of mind
We give you peace of mind that your NDIS package is being handled professionally and your service providers are paid quickly. We keep an eye on your budget and will notify you if we think you are over or under utilising your available funding.
We send you a text message when we process your invoices so you are aware of what invoices we receive. You can advise if you think an invoice is incorrect and we can investigate on your behalf. No hard to handle apps that you need to navigate to approve your invoices!
We email you a statement at the end of the month so you can see what you have spent and what your balances are.
You have our email and mobile numbers so you can contact us directly, no admin at the front desk to take your messages.
